A neighbourhood general practice in Bedok North, open every day, morning and evening. Medicare Clinic provides general consultations, chronic disease management, preventive health screening and vaccinations for patients of all ages, in English and Mandarin.
It is the group's first operating healthcare business and the reference point for our clinical standards.

A technology and compliance advisory for healthcare providers, currently in development — network and IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and readiness for Singapore's Health Information Act obligations.
Prism is being built first to serve the group's own operations, then to serve other providers facing the same requirements.
Supplementary education for primary and secondary school students in Singapore, focused on core academic subjects. Currently in development.

Clinical Governance
Clinical standards across our healthcare operations are anchored by senior, Singapore-registered specialist oversight rather than left to each practice to define alone.

Dr Chan is a Singapore-registered consultant cardiologist with more than 15 years of experience, practising at Cardiac Care Partners (Gleneagles Hospital and Mount Alvernia Hospital). She serves as Clinical Governance Officer at Medicare Clinic, the group's operating general practice.
In that role she oversees cardiovascular-care standards — designing preventive screening pathways, setting GP protocols for assessing chest pain and palpitations, defining criteria for specialist referral, and auditing cases so day-to-day care stays anchored in current cardiology evidence.
She previously served as Clinical Lead for Heart Failure Services at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and as Director of its Cardiac Diagnostic Laboratory, and has contributed to national standards as a member of the Ministry of Health Heart Failure Services Improvement Sub-Committee.
